Lady Tokimi is almost a total mystery. Very little is known of
her besides the fact that she is the third goddess. Tokimi is not exactly a
"good" goddess either. She is sort of the dark side of the three
goddesses (with Tsunami being the "good" light side and Washu being the
"middle" gray side). It is believed that it was Tokimi who through some plan had Washu's
powers removed. But now after over 20,000 years, Tokimi wants Washu back
for some reason. She has had her servants searching the universe for any sign of
Washu but has been unable to find nothing until recently (She could not find
Washu because of Kagato. Washu was imprisoned in another dimension.). Tokimi wants to have Washu brought to her in her high order dimension. But
all of her operatives fail in capturing Washu (Clay and Zero). She does,
however, find something of value. She finds another boy besides Tenchi that is
able to form lighthawk wings by his own power. Whatever her plan was it was sure
to have involved the new mysterious by who can form lighthawk wings. |
